Call 112

AtDoctoor gives guidance, not a confirmed diagnosis. It can be wrong. In an emergency call 112 or 108.

From "I don't feel well" to knowing what to do

When you're sick, the hardest questions are how serious it is and where to go. AtDoctoor helps you answer both in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Describe how you feel

Type it the way you'd tell a friend: "fever since Monday, body pain, I can't eat." For yourself, a child, or someone you're caring for.

  2. 2

    Answer a few questions

AtDoctoor asks one question at a time, about how long, how bad, and any danger signs, until it understands the picture.

  3. 3

    Get clear guidance

See what could be causing it, how urgent it is, what to do now, and when you need to see a doctor.

Clear guidance, not guesswork

Every assessment starts with how urgently you need care, in plain words.

What could be causing it

Possible causes ranked from more likely to less likely, each with the reason, including conditions common in India like dengue, typhoid, malaria and TB.

Tests that would help

Which tests to ask for, such as a dengue NS1 test or complete blood count, so your visit to the lab or doctor counts.

What to do right now

Practical steps for rest, fluids and comfort, and what to avoid while you wait to be seen.

When to go immediately

The specific warning signs that mean you should stop waiting and go to a hospital.

For the whole family

Check for yourself, your children or an elderly parent. Questions adapt to age and pregnancy.

A summary for your doctor

Save the conversation and show it at the hospital, so you don't have to remember every detail.

Built to be careful

AtDoctoor helps you decide what to do next. It doesn't replace a doctor, and it's designed to send you to one whenever that's the safer choice.

Emergencies come first

Signs like chest pain, trouble breathing, seizures or heavy bleeding trigger an immediate prompt to call 112.

Guidance, not a diagnosis

It explains possible causes and urgency. Only a clinician who examines and tests you can confirm what's wrong.

No prescriptions

It never recommends prescription medicines or doses. For medicines, it sends you to a doctor or pharmacist.

Your privacy

Health information is sensitive. Your chat isn't stored on our servers or linked to your name. Read more in the FAQ.

For hospitals and clinics

Patients who need care are looking for you right now. Make sure they can find you, with the right services, hours and phone number.

  • A verified listing with your services, emergency hours and location
  • Patients directed to you when their needs match your services
  • Patients arrive with a summary of their symptoms
  • Emergency results are always ranked by distance, never by payment

Questions people ask

Is AtDoctoor a doctor?

No. It's a health assistant that helps you understand your symptoms and decide how urgently to get care. It can be wrong, and it can't examine you or run tests. Always see a doctor when it advises you to, or whenever you're worried.

Does it cost anything?

No. AtDoctoor is free for patients. There's no sign-up and no app to install.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call 112, or 108 for an ambulance, or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency unit. Don't wait for the chat to finish. AtDoctoor will tell you this too if it notices danger signs.

Can I use it for my child or an elderly parent?

Yes. Tell it who the check is for and their age. It adjusts its questions, and it treats a very sick young child as urgent.

Where in India does it work?

The chat works anywhere in India. The nearby-hospital finder is coming soon.

Is my conversation private?

We don't ask for your name, phone number or email, and we don't store your conversation on our servers. To write each reply, your messages are sent securely to our AI provider and aren't kept by us after the reply. If you tap Save chat, the conversation downloads to your own phone or computer only.

Not sure how serious it is? Ask now.

It takes a few minutes, and you'll know what to do next.
